Which phones does the mount work with?
Any phone. iPhone 12 and later and MagSafe cases snap straight on. For Android phones, older iPhones and plain cases, use the stick-on magnetic ring that comes with every order.
What surfaces does it stick to?
Smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces such as mirrors, glass, tiles and glossy cabinets. It will not hold on textured walls, wood grain or fabric.
How does the Bluetooth remote work?
The remote comes with the Creator Kit. Pair it with your phone over Bluetooth, then press the button to take the shot without touching your phone. Works with iPhone and Android.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive 8–15 days after you order, counting weekends. You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours. After that, they enter fulfillment. Reach us through our contact page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue, and we refund the price you paid for the items. There are no returns, so you do not need to send anything back. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed through Wix’s PCI-DSS compliant secure checkout. We never store card info.
